The short version, then the real one.

You buy tokens, each token draws one fighter from a photo or description you give us, and you get a private game page for your party. Don't upload people who didn't agree, don't upload minors, and we're not responsible for what your friends say to each other after they lose.

1. Who we are

Cringe Fighter is operated by [Owner name], ФОП, Ukraine ("we"). Contact: hello@cringefighter.party.

2. The service

We turn photos and text descriptions you provide into pixel-art game characters ("fighters") and host a browser game page ("party") where they can be played. Generation uses automated AI image and text models. Results vary; a fighter may look less like the person than you hoped. That is part of the joke, and not a defect.

3. Tokens and payment

Tokens are sold in packs, priced in Ukrainian hryvnia and shown before purchase. One token is consumed per fighter generated. Payment is processed by monobank; we never see your card details. If a generation fails on our side, the token is returned to your party automatically. Tokens are not refundable in money once a fighter has been generated with them. Unused tokens stay on your party.

4. Your content and your promises

You confirm that every person in the photos you upload is an adult who agreed to appear in your game, and that you have the right to use the photos and text you provide. You may not upload sexual content, real public figures, hateful content, or content that infringes someone else's rights. We may refuse or remove such content and will not refund tokens spent on it.

5. What you get

You receive a licence to use the generated fighters and your party page for personal, non-commercial fun. You may share your party link and KO clips freely. We may use anonymised, non-identifying statistics about the service; we will never use your friends' faces or fighters in our marketing without asking you first.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep parties online, but this is a small service: we may change features, prices for future purchases, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. Your party page stays available for at least 12 months after your last purchase.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by Ukrainian law, we are not liable for indirect damages, hurt feelings, or friendships lost to a flying dog.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes go to the courts of Ukraine, after you have written to us and given us a fair chance to fix things.
