Photos in, pixels out, photos gone.
The only sensitive thing we handle is faces. Here is exactly what happens to them.
Photos
A photo you upload is stored only to draw the fighter. It is sent once to our image-generation provider (OpenAI) together with our drawing instructions, and deleted from our storage the moment the fighter is finished (or after at most 24 hours if generation keeps failing). We keep the drawn fighter, which is pixel art, not the photo. We do not use photos to train anything, and under OpenAI's API terms they are not used for training either.
What else we store
- Your party: names, descriptions and spell ideas you typed, the generated fighters, and your party link. Party pages are unlisted and marked not to be indexed by search engines; anyone with the link can view them.
- Your email, given at checkout, used for the receipt and to find your party again.
- An anonymous cookie that ties your browser to the parties you made. No tracking cookies, no analytics pixels.
- Payment records from monobank (invoice id, amount, status). We never see card numbers.
- Logs of generation jobs (costs, errors) for a few weeks, to fix problems.
Where
Data is stored in the EU (Supabase, Ireland) and served through Vercel. Image generation runs on OpenAI's servers; that is the only third party that ever sees a photo.
Your rights
Write to hello@cringefighter.party to delete a fighter, a whole party, or everything we hold about you, or to get a copy of it. We answer within 30 days, usually much faster. Everyone pictured in a party may ask us to remove their fighter, not only the person who paid.
Children
The service is for adults. Do not upload photos of minors; we delete them when we find them and return nothing.
Who is responsible
